21st June 2010: MileCharter v2.11 released.
MileCharter is our popular mileage chart computation tool for Microsoft MapPoint. MileCharter can batch calculate mileages
(and travel times and cost estimates) for all routes between two groups of pushpins.
MileCharter v2.11 adds support for MapPoint's automated rest stops. These can be used to insert stops at periodic
time intervals (eg. 10 minute stops every 3 hours).

14th June 2010: New product released: MPCluster v1.1
MPCluster is our new cluster analysis tool for Microsoft MapPoint.
MPCluster finds clusters (natural groups) of pushpin points, and draws the clusters as annotation on the
map or lists them in Microsoft® Excel®. v1.1 includes a number of new management options, algorithm improvements,
plus the ability to define the minimum distance between cluster centers.

7th June 2010: New volume discounts for Single State Mapper
Single State Mapper is a set of Microsoft MapPoint

MPSuperShape is a shape manipulation tool for Microsoft MapPoint.
MPSuperShape can be used to combine or intersect shapes. It can also import and export shapes using a number of different
formats. v2.4 adds the ability to export pushpins contained by shapes to Microsoft® Excel®. Pushpins are exported
on a shape-by-shape basis to individual worksheets. MPSuperShape v2.4 also fixes a licensing bug which caused
trial licenses to immediately expire in certain rare cases.
Existing users of MPSuperShape v1.7 (and earlier) will need to purchase a new license.

27th April 2010: RouteWriter v2.10 released
v2.10 of the RouteWriter add-in has been released. v2.10 is a maintenance release of the popular RouteWriter / RouteReader tool for importing and export MapPoint route data. v2.9 includes a number of bug fixes that improve RouteWriter's handling of corrupt MapPoint data fields and locations.
RouteWriter v2.10 costs US$75 per license. Existing users can upgrade for free.
19th April 2010: MPMileage v1.5 has been released.
MPMileage is a batch mileage computation tool for Microsoft MapPoint that computes point-to-point route distances
from a database. Version 1.5 adds improved support for ODBC connections, including support for File Data Source
Names (DSNs) and the ability to enter login credentials at run time.

This article discusses various issues with using MapPoint in a multi-threaded environment, and demonstrates the use of MapPoint multi-processing in Python to improve batch processing speeds.

17th September 2009: MapPoint Printing Services launched.
In partnership with Mattys Consulting, we are now able to offer a range of printing options for
Microsoft MapPoint maps. Mattys Consulting are able to produce maps which cover a wide geographic extent whilst
preserving the fine detail of a zoomed-in map. Print-outs can be to laminated maps, Adobe PDF documents, TIFF bitmap images,
or Microsoft MapCruncher tiles suitable for Microsoft Bing Maps. This could be an effective way of adding
choropleth overlay maps to Bing Maps.

2nd September 2009: RouteWriter v2.9 released
v2.9 of the RouteWriter add-in has been released. v2.9 is a maintenance release of the popular RouteWriter / RouteReader tool for importing and export MapPoint route data. v2.9 includes a number of bug fixes to RouteReader allowing for better handling of non-conventional data fields for sorting and grouping waypoints.
RouteWriter v2.9 costs US$75 per license. Existing users can upgrade for free.
